Treatment during power failure

In case of power failure, switch the refrigerator OFF immediately. During power failure do not put new food in it and do not open the door if possible. In this way cooling of the refrigerator will be retained for a long time. When the electric supply comes back, switch the refrigerator ON after 5 minutes. This will increase the compressor life.
